Cipriano Sousa occupe le poste de directeur de la technologie de Farfetch Ltd. M. Sousa a obtenu un diplôme de premier cycle à l'université de Porto.

Ms. Cipriano joined Kern Capital Management in November 2000, and was promoted to Head Trader in November 2004.
Prior to joining Kern Capital Management, she was Assistant Head Equity Trader at Citibank Global Asset Management, a division of Citigroup, with over $100 billion in assets.
During her 11 years at Citibank, she was instrumental in initiating changes that allowed the trading desk to keep pace with the constantly changing and demanding market environment.
She has served on the NYSE Institutional Advisory Committee.
Ms. Cipriano received a B.B.A.
degree from Pace University and earned a certification of Technical Analysis I from the New York Institute of Finance.

Marco Cipriano has founded two companies.
In 1999, he founded Sciuker Frames SpA where he currently holds the title of Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & Partner.
In 2017, he founded Mr. Cipriano Academy.
Currently, he is a Partner at H.Arm Srl.
Mr. Cipriano has an undergraduate degree from the University of Salerno.

Romina Cipriano founded Sciuker Frames SpA in 1999, where she is working as Vice Chairman & Partner from 1999.
Ms. Cipriano also currently works at H.Arm Srl, as Partner.
